Shipping policy

1. General Shipping Information

All orders are subject to product availability and final payment clearance. We use a split fulfillment system where certain products are shipped directly by our company (Traditio Catholica, operated by Traditio Designs, LLC), and other items (games, puzzles, etc.) are shipped by our trusted third-party logistics partner.


2. Order Processing Times

Processing time is the time required to prepare your order for shipment. It does not include transit time.

  • Standard Items: (e.g., Holy cards, bookmarks, magnets) 3–5 Business Days
  • Made-to-Order Items: (e.g., Rosaries, custom pieces) Up to 14 Business Days (2 Weeks)
  • Logistics Partner Fulfillment (Games, Puzzles, etc.) 3–5 Business Days

Please note: Processing times for rosaries and other made-to-order items are clearly stated on the product page description and take priority.


3. Domestic Shipping Methods (U.S.)

We ship all items (whether fulfilled by us or our logistics partner) using the following methods. Delivery estimates are for transit time after processing is complete:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 3–7 Business Days Calculated rate / FREE for orders over $50
  • USPS Priority Mail2–5 Business Days Calculated carrier rate
  • UPS 2-Day Air 2 Business Days Calculated carrier rate

Free Shipping Eligibility

We offer FREE shipping on all domestic orders totaling $50.00 USD or more, provided the customer selects the USPS Ground Advantage option at checkout. If a faster shipping method (Priority or 2-Day) is selected, the full carrier rate will be charged regardless of the order total.

 

4. Fulfillment Partner Disclosure

Our games (including The Holy Quest) and puzzles are professionally stored and shipped by our trusted external fulfillment partner. Their processing times and shipping methods align with the options listed above. Tracking information will be provided regardless of which entity fulfills your order.

 

5. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Due to high shipping costs, import restrictions, or other logistics issues, we currently DO NOT ship to any country in Africa, most of Asia (specific exceptions apply), or certain regions of South America.

  • Shipping Costs: International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: All customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, duties, or tariffs applied by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. We are legally unable to mark international shipments as "gifts."
