Bulk & Special Orders

At Traditio Designs, we are honored to provide high-quality sacramentals for parishes, schools, retreats, and large events. Because every item is handcrafted in our US studio using our proprietary digital restoration process, we offer tiered pricing for those wishing to purchase in volume.

Bulk Discount Tiers

Discounts are applied to the regular retail price per single design and style. Different designs, sizes, or styles may not be combined to reach higher discount tiers.

Production & Lead Times

·         Standard Lead Time: A minimum of 2 weeks is required for all bulk orders.

·         Variable Timeline: Depending on the order volume and our current production queue, lead times may extend to 4 weeks. We will provide an estimated completion date at the time of your inquiry.

·         Digital Proofs: If your order requires specific revisions or custom layouts, we will provide digital proofs for your review. Production will not begin until you have granted final approval of the artwork.

Payment & Shipping

·         PayPal Invoicing: All bulk orders are handled via direct PayPal invoice for your security and record-keeping.

·         Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required to begin production. The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of production and prior to shipping.

·         Domestic Shipping: $15 – $25 (Includes tracking and full insurance).

·         International Shipping: $40 and up (Calculated by weight and destination).

Bulk Order Policies

·         Final Sale: All bulk sales are final. Because these items are produced specifically for your order, we cannot offer refunds once production has begun and the item has shipped.

·         Terms: Discounts are based on regular prices at the time of purchase and cannot be combined with other promotional offers or coupons. Prices are subject to change without notice.

1.      Use our contact form and tell us the Saint/Image Name, Product Type, and Quantity.

2.      We will discuss your timeline and provide a digital proof if necessary.

3.      Once the 50% deposit is paid via the PayPal invoice we send, your order will be placed in our production queue.
